I especially like this little bit of snark from Above the Law relating to Perkins Coie ambulance chasing for hurricane Irene disaster insurance claims litigation. Hmm.... what if the seminar location/servers are destroyed... could they use it as an example or in-class exercise? Disaster litigation seminar destroyed by disaster which in turn leads to disaster litigation.

Makes my head hurt this morning.
